There’s plenty to like about Disney’s Beach Club and Yacht Club Resorts, one of their biggest perks is the easy access from the hotels to the Disneyworld theme parks
Here, we take a closer look at popular methods to get around the parks.
Conveniently close to EPCOT
Both Beach Club and Yacht Club Resorts are located just a short walk away from EPCOT.
In fact, they are some of the closest resorts to the park, with a walking path that takes you directly to EPCOT’s International Gateway entrance.
The walk is safe, scenic, and takes about 5 to 10 minutes, making it the fastest way to get to EPCOT.
Guests can also use EPCOT as a hub, to access all the other parks either by monorail or Skyliner.
Disney Skyliner
For guests heading to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the Disney Skyliner offers a fun and scenic transportation option.
The Skyliner station is located near EPCOT’s International Gateway, just a short walk from Beach Club and Yacht Club resorts.
From there, you can enjoy a relaxing aerial gondola ride straight to the park, which takes about 15 minutes in total. The Skyliner is free for all Disney guests, and gondolas depart every few minutes, ensuring you won’t have to wait long.
Monorail
Traveling from the Epcot resort area to the Magic Kingdom on the monorail offers stunning views and a smooth, air-conditioned ride.
Not only is the monorail a practical choice, but it's also a unique experience with panoramic windows giving you glimpses of Disney’s lush landscapes and the iconic Spaceship Earth. Plus, the system runs frequently, so you won’t be waiting long.
Buses
To visit Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom (plus Disney Springs and the other parks for that matter), both Beach Club and Yacht Club Resorts offer complimentary Disney bus transportation.
Buses depart from the front of the resorts approximately every 20 minutes and take guests directly to the parks.
The travel time to Magic Kingdom is about 20 minutes, while Animal Kingdom is a slightly longer ride, taking around 25 minutes.
Walk the BoardWalk
If you’re looking to explore Disney’s BoardWalk, you’re in luck—it’s just a short 5-minute walk from either resort.
It is a charming waterside area that offers dining, shopping, and entertainment, and it’s the perfect place to spend a relaxing evening after a day at the parks.
