Disney Springs is giving visitors a helping hand with their New Year's well-being resolutions, with a month-long programme of experiences through January.
The Wellness Month event, presented in partnership with AdventHealth, aims to provide offer complimentary and paid experiences designed to help guests with their self-care and fitness goals.
Activities include fitness classes hosted by Lululemon and workouts led by Cirque du Soleil performers, showcasing their pre-show routines.
Guests can also participate in facials, photography classes, and drawing workshops.
Seven curated itineraries, such as "Girls' Day Out" and "Family Day Out," are meanwhile designed to combine engaging activities along with exclusive dining and shopping discounts.
“These sessions aim to provide the perfect blend of relaxation and revitalization, allowing participants to plunge themselves into self-care while surrounded by the vibrant energy of the world-class shopping and dining destinations within Disney Springs,” Disney said in an announcement.
Guests visiting Disney Springs this month can register for the experiences via the Disney Springs website.
Disney Springs, part of the Walt Disney World Resort, features open-air promenades, lakefront views, and over 150 retail and dining venues.
