Disneyland Hotel in Paris will next week welcome a new restaurant by French Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert.

The restaurant, ‘La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert’, is described as “a culinary experience inspired by the greatest Disney Animation movies in a magical setting”.

Imbert, who was awarded a Michelin star in 2022 for Paris-based restaurant Plaza Athénée, first found the spotlight as a reality TV chef ten years earlier on season three of the show ‘France's Top Chef’.

His celebrity status was underlined further with the 2018 opening of ‘Swan’ restaurant in Miami in a partnership that included Pharrell Williams.

The celebrated chef also opened ‘ToShare’ in Saint Tropez, and has designed dining experiences for the Orient Express and the exclusive Cheval Blanc St-Barth resort in the Caribbean.

At Disneyland Paris, the La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert will be the third restaurant at the deluxe Disneyland Hotel.

The new restaurant opens on 7 March, and guests can book a table now.

It will be open to diners between Wednesday and Sunday, and, is open to booking to everyone including non-theme park guests.
