Get ready 2026’s Disney World ‘free dining’ offers are almost here

4 min read

Get ready for one of the most popular - and arguably the ‘biggest saving’ - Disney World deals available, as the ‘Free’ dining and drinks offer is coming for customers planning trips in 2026.

Guests can book their Free Disney Dining & Drinks offer from 29 April, or pre-register now with Attractiontickets.com and receive exclusive extra discounts.

The offer is available to guests staying at Disney World resort hotels, and, the potential cash equivalent savings can run into the thousands (depending upon your stay, and how wisely you use it).

What you get:

  • At least one free meal per person, per day
  • Free drinks with every meal
  • At least one snack per person, per day

Exactly how much ‘free’ food & drink you get with the promotion depends upon which hotel category you book.

The offer is valid for new bookings with hotel and ticket packages made between 29 April and 5 November 2025 for stays between 7 January and 19 December 2026.

What is the dining plan?

The dining plans are actually available at Disney World all the time, all year round as a paid-for add-on to your trip - typically it costs at least $59 per adult per day and can cost as much as $97 per adult, depending upon which level you choose.

In the Spring, for a limited period of time, Disney offers the 'Free Dining' promotion.

It entitles guests to meals at the vast majority of restaurants and quick-service food outlets around the Disney World theme parks, resort hotels, and Disney Springs - there are some exceptions and some exclusions at certain locations, but these are quite few and far between.

Menu items included on the Dining Plan are very clearly labeled on menus, both in-person at the locations and on the Disney World app.

Where can you use it?

There are two main types of Dining Plans. The Quick Service plan entitles guests to any of the eligible meals at quick-service locations (more than 100 of them) including places like Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom, ABC Commissary and Docking Bay 7 at Hollywood Studios, Flame Tree Barbecue and Yak & Yeti in Animal Kingdom, or D-Luxe Burger or Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza at Disney Springs.

But, guests can’t use this plan at any of the table service restaurants

The Disney Dining plan, meanwhile, entitles guests to meals at both quick service and table service restaurants like Ohana at the Polynesian Village resort, Tiffins at Animal Kingdom, or The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom.

Guests can also use the Disney Dining Plan for some of Disney World’s premier dining experiences and character dining, at restaurants like Be Our Guest or Cinderella’s Royal Table - but, you’ll have to use more than one dining credit (but more on credits later).

We've visited Disney World on the Free Dining promotion on multiple trips before. We're big fans of the offer because we think it's the best value deal, and, with your food taken care of, you can forget about your dining budget and really settle into the 'Disney World bubble'.

Now, let’s take a closer look at what you get in this promotion.

Value Resorts

If you book a stay at the All-Star Resorts, Art of Animation, or Pop Century Resort, then  you'll be entitled to:

  • One quick service meal credit per person, per day
  • Drinks with each meal

Alternatively, guests can use the promotion to upgrade to the full Quick Service Dining Plan (to get extra meal credits, and a snack credit per day) or the Disney Dining Plan (to add table service dining) for a significantly reduced rate.

Moderate Resorts

Guests booking an eligible stay at a moderate Disney World resort hotel - Port Orleans French Quarter, Port Orleans Riverside, Caribbean Beach Resort, or Coronado Springs Resort - will receive the full Quick Service Dining Plan.

This plan entitles each guest to:

  • 2 quick service meals per day
  • 1 snack per day
  • Drinks with meals
  • A refillable Resort mug

For a family of four, it has a cash equivalent value of around $170 per day.

Guests on this offer can upgrade to the full Disney Dining Plan - which also includes table service dining - at a significantly discounted price.

Deluxe Resorts and Deluxe Villas

Guests booking an eligible stay in Deluxe level accommodation will receive the Disney Dining Plan, which gives each guest:

  • 1 quick service meal per day
  • 1 table service meal per day
  • 1 snack per day
  • Drinks with meals
  • A refillable Resort mug

For a family of four, it has a cash equivalent value of $260 per day.

How you get your ‘Free’ meals

Using the dining plan is easy and very flexible. When you check in to your Disney World resort you’ll receive all your ‘Free’ dining credits all at once.

For example: Upon arrival, a family of 4 on the quick-service plan for a seven-night stay will be issued 56 quick-service meal credits (2 per person, per day) and 28 snack credits (1 per person, per day).

Guests will receive the Dining credits on their Disney World accounts - and they can easily be used from the app. Simply redeem by using your Magic Band, or using the Disney World app to ‘tap’ at the checkout.
