Room at All Star Sports, with a double and a pull down bed

Where to stay at All-Star Sports Resort

2 min read

All-Star Sports Resort is all about affordable convenience, with Disney-themed touches, and this is very much reflected in the Disney World value resort’s rooms.

They’re family-friendly, with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Here we take a closer look at the rooms at All-Star Sports.

Standard or preferred rooms

Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort has two main room types: Standard and Preferred.

Both room types come with two double beds, one of which is a pull down, so the rooms quite comfortably sleep up to four adults.

The main difference between the two is location. Preferred rooms are closer to Stadium Hall, the All Star Sports food court, as well as the resort’s hub for transportation. This added convenience is certainly worth considering, with the cost of the upgrade only around $20 to $30 per night.

Traveling with little ones? Each room at All Star Sports can easily accommodate families with infants and little guests. Cribs are available upon request.

Bathroom and Room Amenities

The bathrooms in each room have a separate vanity area with a single sink and mirror, which helps make mornings a little smoother for families. Bathrooms are equipped with a tub and shower combo, perfect for both adults and kids. Complimentary toiletries like soap and shampoo are also provided.

Tech, cleaning, check-in and check-out

There are enough power outlets, but we’d always recommend guests travel with their own USB adapter block - there’s nothing as frustrating as a phone running low on charge during your trip.

The resort offers laundry facilities on-site.

Rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring you come back to a fresh space after a long day of exploring the parks.

Check-in at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Thoughts …

As one of the main on-site ‘value’ resorts at Disney World, All-Star Sports is mostly popular among guests looking a more budget-friendly stay whilst still getting the major perk of being ‘on-property’ - namely access to the complimentary transport straight to the theme park gates.

The rooms across the three All-Stars resorts may lack some of the more luxurious features found in the more expensive moderate and deluxe Disney World resorts, but dollar-for-dollar these are some of the most popular resorts going.
